How to Make Delicious Shrimp Har Gow

  1. Clean the shrimp and marinate in lime juice for 10-15 minutes.
  2. While waiting for the marinade, prepare the har gow wrapper by mixing the wheat flour, sago starch, and salt in a large bowl. Stir well.
  3. Pour water into the dough little by little while stirring to avoid sticking.
  4. Add vegetable oil and knead the dough.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set aside for 30 minutes.
  6. While waiting, grind the chicken fillet, marinated shrimp, and garlic using a blender or food processor.

  11. Repeat the 9th and 10th step until the har gow wrapper and filling run out.
  12. Prepare a steamer and steam the har gow for 10-15 minutes until done.
