How to Make Peyek Udang

  1. Clean shrimp and marinate for 15 minutes in lime juice.
  2. While waiting for the shrimp to marinate, mix the rice flour, coconut milk, egg, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add water gradually until the mixture thickens.
  4. Blend the garlic, turmeric, candlenuts, and coriander.
  5. Mix the rice flour mixture, blended spices, sliced kaffir lime leaves, and shrimp in one bowl. Stir well.
  6. Heat oil in a wok.
